Q. What if there's a second name on the title?
A. If you are the primary owner listed on your vehicle title, you may still qualify for an auto title loan even with a second name on the title. It must be free-and-clear and you must be in possession of the vehicle. The second person whose name is listed on the title must be present while you sign the loan agreement and may need to fill out an additional Power of Attorney form to allow the lender to act as a lienholder if they are not applying as a joint applicant. When you apply with one of the lenders listed on Title Loan Reviews, make sure to inform them of all of the names listed on the title. They will be able to explain exactly what the second party needs to do in order for you to receive funding.
